Mark you calendar for AugustFest 2014, outdoors at the Fridley History Center, 611 Mississippi St.

Enjoy the lively, toe-tapping music of the Fridley City Band playing on the showmobile.

Mayor Scott Lund will introduce the new Fridley Ambassadors and you will have an opportunity to meet some of our brave Fridley fire-fighters and check out one of their trucks.

Fun Food

• Chicago dogs, brats, hot dogs, water and pop will be for sale.
• Free lemonade and cookies will be served in the History Center after the program.

You can park next door at Hayes School.

Bring your favorite lawn or camping chair for a comfortable seat. Admission is free.
